Storage this site currently uses
Privacy-notice preference
stf_privacy_notice_acknowledged_v1 is saved in local storage when you select “Got it”. It prevents the notice reappearing for up to 180 days. It contains a time value, not your name or contact details.
WordPress login and editor cookies
WordPress uses essential authentication, security, and preference cookies for authorised administrators and editors who sign in. Ordinary public visitors are not given a WordPress login cookie by the current site.
Form protection
The quotation form uses a short-lived server-side rate-limit record to reduce repeated submissions. This is not stored as a cookie in your browser, and the theme does not create a separate WordPress database of completed enquiries.
Google Maps, WhatsApp, and external services
The Contact page contains an embedded Google map that loads when the page opens. Google may use cookies or other browser storage and receives technical request information needed to provide the map under its own policies.
The floating WhatsApp action is a direct link and does not embed WhatsApp content into this website. The optional Tap Chat welcome bubble is disabled in the current configuration, so its session preference is not used. When you choose the WhatsApp link or send a prefilled message, you leave this site and WhatsApp may use cookies or other storage under its own policies.
The current theme does not configure analytics, advertising pixels, remote fonts, video-platform embeds, or social-media embeds. If optional tracking is added later, this policy and the on-site controls must be updated before that technology is used.
Manage browser storage
You can clear this site’s cookies and local storage through your browser’s privacy or site-data settings. Blocking local storage will not prevent you reading the site or using the contact links, but the privacy notice may reappear. Authorised WordPress users need essential login cookies to use the administration area securely.
